Talent Pool

The talentpool is made up of - - employee referrals - website applications - referrals from other talentpool candidates - Candidates indentified by recruiting managers as people that they want us to approach. - Candidates that Gateway have identified as suitable individuals.

Employee Referrals

We have set up a two tier system for referrals. A direct referral when an employee submits a candidate (with CV) for a specific active role. If they are unsuccessful in this role and are considered suitable for another role they will be classed as an 'indirect ' referral. The employee 'owns' the candidate for 6 months. For direct referrals Gateway's role is to ascertain their suitability for the role they have applied for and manage the candidate through the process. Gateway is responsible for all feedback and communic ation with the candidate both during and after the process
